Privacy policy

Nox Kiro Gmail. Effective 6 November 2026.

Who uses it

The app is used only by the owner of the mailbox it is connected to. It has no other users.

What it accesses

With the owner's consent, the app accesses that owner's Gmail through the Gmail API: reading messages and labels, creating drafts, sending, labelling and moving messages to trash. Each action is requested by the owner.

How data is used

Message content requested by the owner is passed to the owner's AI assistant, a third-party cloud service, to carry out the owner's request. It is not sold, not used for advertising, and not shared with anyone else.

Storage

The access key is kept on the owner's own computer. The app keeps no database of messages.

Limited Use

Use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Revoking access

Access can be revoked at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
